-methods boost the well-being and health effects of outdoors with conscious
relaxing and refreshing mental exercises in the wild. The exercises suit for
all people despite of the age or fitness. The aim is to show the influence of the
nature on your own well-being through your all senses. You can feel, hear,
smell, taste and see the nature. The nature gives perspective to your life.
The destination of the trip is preferably Pyhävuori near lake Lappajärvi. Also other arrangements are possible.
The trip and the exercises all together will take about two hours. Some snacks and juice (or coffee / tea) will be available during the trip in the wild. More time can be booked for the picnic if needed. At Pyhävuori region no campfires are allowed. There are other destinations with fireplaces where your are able to even cook your own forest snacks (sausages, pancakes etc.).
Level of difficulty: Trip of easy access. We will use clear paths in the wild or we can choose even easier terrain, park or gardenlike to fit all and still enable us to do ©Metsämieli-Forestmind exercises.
Point of departure: Pyhävuori terrain, or other arrangements. Pyhävuori parking is signposted from route Pyhälahdentie (Pyhälahdentie 650, Alajärvi).

Price: 60 € / person or 350 € / 6-12 persons in a group (incl. vat)

For a surcharge: Extra hours according to the agreement
Notes: Wear clothes and
footwear suitable for the weather. It may rain, as well. For the breaks
during the cool weather you should have warm extra clothes with you.
Trip will be cancelled if the weather conditions are not acceptable.
During the warning for the forest fire it is forbidden to set on fire even at the fireplaces. At the Pyhävuori region campfires are never allowed.
